Support designed for teens
Adolescence brings its share of challenges. Therapy gives your teen a neutral, caring space to express what they’re going through, understand their emotions and build concrete tools, at their own pace.
Good to know : consent at 14. In Quebec, from age 14 a teen can consent on their own to the health care and social services that concern them (Civil Code of Québec, art. 14). Parents remain welcome in the process when the teen wishes.
