How do I book an appointment?

Do I need a medical referral?
No. You can book directly, no referral needed.
What are your hours?
By appointment, with evening and weekend availability.

Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, by secure videoconference anywhere in Québec, with the same professional framework as in person.
From what age do you see teenagers?
We offer therapy to teens aged 14 and up.
Who provides the services?
Professionals who are members in good standing of their professional order, with full respect for confidentiality and ethics. Meet our team.
Family mediation
Is mediation mandatory?
No, it is a voluntary process. Either person can end it at any time.
Are free sessions available?
The Québec government offers couples with dependent children a number of sessions with a professional mediator, free of charge. See the official government page.
What does mediation cover?
Parenting time, support payments and division of property, in a neutral and respectful setting.
Confidentiality and languages
Are your services confidential?
Yes, within the limits set by law and professional ethics.
In which languages are services offered?
In French, English and Arabic.
Does my insurance cover the services?
Many group insurance plans cover services provided by members of a professional order. Check the terms of your plan with your insurer.
